چکیده
The study included 24 patients, which formed the baseline group — 12 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in combination COVID-19 infection and control tuberculosis. There were studied leukocyte formula, content of CD3, CD4, CD8 lymphocytes, NO2-+NO3- total its metabolites. obtained results showed that there is a pronounced decrease lymphocytes an unexpressed shift formula to left. lymphocyte decreases due CD3 their subpopulation CD4 (helper) lymphocytes. CD4/CD8 immunoregulatory index demonstrates stimulation immunological reactivity depression suppression production metabolites (NO2- NO3-).
